All images are Rights Managed for editorial use only, no images are Royalty-Free. Any image purchased from santafestockphotos.com can be used only once, in one manner, in one publication, for positive editorial purposes only, no negative representation of any image subject or subject matter is allowed. If you purchase any images for editorial print publication those images cannot be used on your website. If you would like to use those images on your website you must purchase the lo-res version separately and additionally. A publication can buy image exclusivity for a certain time period for an additional surcharge, which will be determined when you contact us directly. No images can be downloaded for commercial use. Images for commercial use must be pre-approved by santafestockphotos.com in writing with separate agreement terms (this is due to model and property release availability and certain sensitive subject matter exclusive to Santa Fe and the Southwest). Any image misuse or breach of license will result in a fine in the amount of ten times the original purchase price. Ownership and copyright of any and all images downloaded, electronically transferred, or sent on disc to a purchaser remains exclusively with santafestockphotos.com and the image’s creator, no exceptions. All images purchased must be used in its original form and not altered. No image purchased by you can be manipulated to create a different image, re-used, sold to third parties, licensed to others, permanently stored or archived, or used in any way other than the original use for which the image was purchased.

Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use this Web Site. By registering for an account or purchasing a license to any content on the Web Site you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree to use the Web Site in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree to not knowingly disable any such technology or tools provided on the Web Site or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices contained in the Content, caption information or any other material on this web site.
